My son has a new DER laptop (yr 9) and had great success accessing the wireless network at home and school. However in the past two weeks he was unable to access either. This week he is back on line at school but we can’t access the home network. The home network has been totally reliable for us on other computers. When he trouble shoots it says that the proxy address is the problem. Why would the proxy address work when he first got it for several weeks and now not work? Could you give us some help please? What should proxy address be?
